Data protection declaration
We also take the protection of the personal data you supply when visiting our homepage very seriously. Your data will be protected as required by law, in particular the new Telemedia Act. There follows some information about what data is collected when you visit the homepage and how this is used:
1. Stored data
Inevitably the data sent to us by your browser will be automatically saved in the server statistics. This data includes the browser type, browser version, the operating system used, the referrer URLs (the previously visited page), the host name of the accessing computer (IP address) and the time of the server inquiry. This data is stored solely for internal system-related and statistical purposes. Further personal data will only be recorded if you supply this information voluntarily, for example in the context of an inquiry and login. In general, we are unable to identify the aforementioned data as belonging to a particular person and this data will not be merged with other data sources.
2. Use and distribution of personal data
If you have provided us with personal data, we shall only use this to answer your inquiries, to handle contracts concluded with us and for technical administration purposes. Your personal data will only be distributed to third parties or otherwise transferred if this is necessary in order to manage the contract, for accounting purposes, or if you agreed to this previously. You have the right to withdraw your agreement at any time with future effect. Stored personal data will be deleted if you withdraw your permission for storage, if it is no longer required in order to achieve the purpose associated with storage or if storage is no longer permitted for other legal reasons.
3. Right to information
